Dr. Gonzalez is currently not practicing urology in a traditional office setting. As a "locum tenens" doctor, he is subcontracted by hospitals/healthcare facilities directly to provide temporary urology services, including acute care/emergency surgery, when there is a shortage of hospital urologists. Therefore, Dr. Gonzalez's care is limited to a patient's hospitalization and patients are encouraged to establish with their own urologist for follow-up/outpatient care.
Dr. Gonzalez recommends establishing with an outpatient urologist in your local community.
Please discuss this with your primary care physician, health insurance provider or perform an internet search.
If you are unable to establish with an outpatient doctor for any reason, and believe you have an ongoing medical issue, please seek care at your nearest emergency room or call 911.
Dr. Gonzalez is subcontracted by healthcare facilities directly and therefore does not have an independent office for patient care. If Dr. Gonzalez was your doctor during a hospitalization, please seek records at that facility/hospital by contacting their medical records department. Dr. Gonzalez does not keep medical records with him as these are owned by the healthcare facilities directly.

Follow-up visits should be done with a patient's local outpatient urologist or primary care physician. If you do not have an outpatient urologist, it is strongly recommended you establish with one of your choice. You may call your health insurance plan to find an in-network provider, contact your primary care physician for a referral or perform a web search for a urologist near you.
